Shipping is done within maximum 2 working days after confirmation of payment (an order passed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be taken over on Monday).
Delivery of Products purchased on the Italian territory will be done by courrier.
Delivery by courrier is within 48 hours and takes place from Monday to Friday.
For orders from EU member states, the sending of products will be by Registered Mail, with tracking to the Italian border and delivery in about 7 working days.
For orders worldwide the sending of products will be by Registered Mail, with tracking to the Italian border and delivery in about 14 working days.
The above shipment and delivery times are for guidance only and, although usually respected, Le Macchinine assumes no guarantee or warranty of compliance with them.
In no case, therefore, will be billed to the Le Macchinine any direct and / or indirect damages for delayed delivery.
Upon delivery of the Products by the carrier the customer must check that the packaging is intact, not damaged or altered in any case.
If at the time of delivery to the address you are away, the courier will leave a notice of passage with the information necessary for a recall or a possible withdrawal of the package.
In case the delivery can not be made for repeated absences or difficulty of withdrawal from the courier, this last will proceed to send back the package. The cost of storage (5 days maximum) and return will be all at customer’s costs.
Le Macchinine reserves the right to refund any products bought and not delivered or not withdrawn.

Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days after delivery by contacting Le Macchinine who will start a practice of damage, theft or abnormality required for replacement of the goods.
In case of damaged goods, you will need to document everything with photography in digital format to be attached to the communication addressed to Le Macchinine on order to verify the presence and extent of the damage caused by the physical transportation of products.
In any case, no responsibility can be attributed to Le Macchinine in case of delay in the order or delivery of what has been ordered.
