Le Macchinine Exchange and Return policy is in accordance to Italian law “Codice del Consumo”. Therefore, if the customer is a consumer, he has the right to terminate the purchase for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty.
The return right is not allowed to legal persons (eg. companies, retailers, etc..) and to persons acting for their companies purposes related.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer will have to simply send Le Macchinine a communication within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods. The communication can be sent in advance by mail to email@example.com.
Once received the cancellation notice, Le Macchinine will quickly communicate to the customer instructions for the return of Products, which will take place within 10 working days from receipt of instructions to return. All costs for delivery will be at customer’s charge and the costs for the first shipment will not be refunded.
The return right is subject to the following conditions:
– The law applies to products purchased in their entirety, you can not exercise the withdrawal only on some of the products purchased;
– Shipping costs (both ways) are at customer’s expences;
– The products are sold in packaging Le Macchinine, these packages are considered part of the Products. Therefore, for a regular exercise of the Right of Return by the customer, the products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation).
– The delivery, until Le Macchinine states the receipt, is entirely under the responsibility of the customer;
– If the goods are damaged during transport, Le Macchinine will give prompt notice to the customer;
– Le Macchinine is not responsible in any way for damage, loss or theft of returned products;
– Upon arrival at Le Macchinine, the Product will be examined to assess any damages not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, the customer will lose the right of return as follows.
For products returned intact, Le Macchinine will refund the customer the entire amount paid via PayPal within 14 days of return of the Product.
The customer will lose the right of return the products in the case of absence of the integrity of the products (packaging and / or its contents) and whether Le Macchinine finds:
– Lack of or damage to outer packaging;
– The lack of the original packaging;
– The absence of essential parts of product;
– Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In the case of forfeiture of the right of return, Le Macchinine will return the purchased goods to the customer, charging the cost of shipping and will not refund the price paid.
The procedure for replacement of a product or its component may be activated as a result of the occurrence of one of the following assumptions:
– It was mistakenly sent by Le Macchinine a product different from what the customer ordered and, therefore, not present in its order. If that’s the situation, the customer will have to refrain from opening the box and immediately notify by mail Le Macchinine the error so that the appropriate checks can be done;
– The product is incomplete in some parts as described in the site.
In both cases, shipping will be charged to Le Macchinine and return shipping will be done via express courier.
Before requesting the replacement of a product and organizing the return shipping, the customer should contact Le Macchinine at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In any case, one need to have the following documents and information:
Le Macchinine reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting the return. If all conditions are met, Le Macchinine will replace the Product in compliance with the order at the time submitted. Whether Le Macchinine does not have the immediate availability of the product to replace, will refund the price of the product within 10 days of receipt of the return by bank transfer (prior notification of the bank references by the customer).
The returned product will not be accepted if any of these conditions are not met. In that case, Customer can choose to have back the Product purchased, shipping costs for returns at his expenses. In case of refusal of the shipping, Le Macchinine reserves the right to withhold the Products and the corresponding amount.
